The BOOT_SEL[2:0] Configuration on the carrier board is used to determine the boot device by setting FAST_BOOT[2:0].
FAST_BOOT[2:0] = BOOT_MODE[3:1].
BOOT_MODE[0] = WDOG_DISABLE is kept at “0” at all times by default.
