Bootloader Trizeps VII (i.MX6)

The bootloader for Trizeps VII is saved on the sd card.

You can enter the bootloader by pressing „ESC“ in a terminal window when loading the image. You have to connect COM1 of your TrizepsVII baseboard with 38400/8-N-1 without flow control.

You can find the bootloader built date when you enter the bootloader or in the registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE→SYSTEM→KUK→BOOT→_Bootlaoder)

Update (Windows Embedded Compact 7)

WinCE

• copy bootloader (eboot.nb0) to the device (USB-Stick, SDCard, FTP, …)

• Start → Run → cmd

• imageUpdate -ub <filename of bootloader with path> (imageupdate -ub flashdisk/eboot_new.nb0)

• y to start the process

• reboot the device with the new bootloader

Deployment Tool Windows

• you need the deployment tool cfimager.exe and the new bootloader (eboot.nb0) and a deployed sdcard for trizeps7

• create a batch or open a command line in the folder of the bootloader and cfimager

• „cfimager -f <filename oth the bootloader> -d <drive letter of the sdcard> -imx53“ (cfimager -f eboot.nb0 -d S -imx53)

• mount the sdcard at your trizeps7 and reboot the device with the new bootloader
