    The function GPIO_AllocSpace allocates virtual memory and maps it to the GPIO-hardware-registers.

    Return Values

    If the function succeeds, it returns a pointer to the GPIO-registers.

    If the function fails, the return value is NULL.

    Remarks

    This function needs to be called before any other GPIO_xxx-function is beeing used.
