    This function sets the current can BAUDRATE

    BOOL CANSetClockRate(HANDLE hCAN, DWORD wClkRate);

    Parameters

    hCAN

    HANDLE handle of the CAN Driver got from CANOpenHandle(LPCWSTR lpDevName);

    wClkRate

    DWORD BAUDRATE or **BSP_CAN_BAUD_SETDEFAULT** defined via HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\CANX\Baudrate

    Return Values

    If this function succeeds, the returns TRUE
    If the function fails, the return value is FALSE.
