    This function will ensure that the AC 97 Link Controller is being used mutually exclusively. Use it with AC97_RawRead and AC97_RawWrite

    If the function succeeds, the return value is SUCCESS.
    If the function fails, the return value is FALSE.

    Remarks

    No one else can access the AC97-Link till you call AC97_UnLock.
