SBC-3.5-TGL-UP3 is a 3.5” SBC with the 11th Gen Intel® Core™ and Celeron® processors. Combining speed, high-powered Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics, AI acceleration, and hardware support for real-time computing, it is ideal for demanding IoT applications.

For ordering purposes, the SBC-3.5-TGL-UP3 is referred to by its base code, “D64”.

What will I find in my module?

Off-the-shelf products are shipped with a standard in-house-developed software.
The definition of standard, in this case, is “the environment which SECO adopts for validation”.
Anyway, custom in-house-developed software with different defaults can be built in accordance with customers' requirements submitting a new ticket.

The BIOS version updated in your module is shown in Aptio Setup Utility menu under:

Clea OS

Clea OS is a versatile and robust Linux Operating System framework designed specifically for industrial embedded devices.
